While the more experienced slackliners like to throw some tricks in there too! The best part is, if you lose your balance you will fall onto a great big, soft cushion so you're ready to get back up and try it again!

WALK THE SLACK LINE
Like walking across a tight rope, except if you fall you'll land on a cushion so you can do it again!
The trick is to put most of your weight on your front foot, take a deep breath, relax, look forward, and slide your foot out there!
START WITH A FRIEND
Slacklining is easier if you start with a friend to give you a helping hand or shoulder so you can get the hang of it.
DON'T LOOK DOWN
The most important thing in slacklining. Look forward and find a spot in front of you, perhaps the wall in front of you, the other end of the slackline, a sign.
